KBB’s award for “2010 Best Resale Value” goes to Nissan’s 370Z Coupe
A vehicle that is said to be an automotive icon in its own right and can be put in the same category of cultural symbols, like the Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro, the 2010 Nissan 370z Coupe has won the well-deserved Best Resale Value by Kelley Blue Book’s Kbb.com. This Kelley Blue Book Best Resale Value award recognizes the Nissan service department and the company’s achievements in producing vehicles that best retain their value.
Editor’s of Kelley Blue Book’s kbb.com stated the following reasons in why they chose Nissan’s 370z Coupe to win the Best Resale Value award, “Regularly compared to performance coupes and convertibles that would cost you an additional five figures, the Nissan 370Z can be considered a bargain to begin with, which can be an important part of the resale value equation. Redesigned for 2009, Nissan’s latest Z is the most powerful, most fun, most desirable iteration yet.” Editors also said that this car can be driven on a coastal cruise or even a day at the track, and they would be happy to take a new model or even a used car that can be found at a used car dealer in NJ. With a Weehawken Nissan oil change the used model can be as good as new!
The original 151-horsepower Nissan 240Z first went on sale in this country forty years ago, but the 2010 370z Coupe has been redesigned and is nothing like the previous models. The 2010 model is smaller, lighter, curvier, and more powerful than other models. It also benefits from curvier sheet metal, a higher grade interior, and new technologies like the available Bluetooth streaming audio. Not only is it extremely different from all previous models, it has no real direct competitor’s from other automakers. So this makes it difficult for car reviewers to point out what is wrong with the Nissan 370z Coupe.
New models of the 2010 370Z Coupe now at Nissan dealers nationwide and you can also purchase used models that are just as good with a Weehawken Nissan oil change at Hudson’s used car dealer in NJ. The car is offered in two different models, 370Z and 370Z Touring. Each of these models are available with a standard 332-horsepower 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine with Variable Valve Event and Lift Control (VVEL) and choice of 6-speed manual transmission with an available SynchroRev Match synchronized downshift rev matching system or a 7-speed automatic transmission. The starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price* (M.S.R.P.) is $29,990 USD (370Z 6MT model).
Also, a special 40th Anniversary Edition will be available beginning in spring 2010. It includes unique red leather-appointed seats and red door panel inserts; 40th Anniversary seatback embroidery, floor mats, car cover and exterior badging; premium smoke finish wheels and red brake caliper finish; and an exclusive “40th Quartz” exterior paint color. The 40th Anniversary Package is offered only on the 370Z Touring manual transmission model.
