In a world that’s growing increasingly green, a hybrid gas-electric car is much appreciated by consumers looking to save money on gas. But even more appreciated than an automobile with minimal emissions and gasoline usage is one with zero emissions and gasoline usage, as is the case with the new Nissan Leaf.

You hear the word “Leaf” and immediately think of the color green and life and the vivacity of nature, and it’s that care for the environment that inspired the return of the electric car. This particular electric car was named by Time Magazine as one of the top 50 inventions of 2009, and for good reason. However, the biggest criticism of fully electric cars is the duration of battery life and the constant need for recharging. Nissan releases some details about 2010 Altima

The all- new 2010 Altima has car buyers talking. As a Nissan owner, I’m always pretty on top of their new car lineup and it’s tough to continually impress me each model year. But they’ve done it again with the 2010 Altima.

I was able to take a test-drive one at one of the local Nissan dealers in NJ – Hudson Nissan- and have to say, it’s a car buyers dream. Besides its amped-up exterior featuring a “power dome” hood, and restyled grille and front bumper, an electronic stability system now comes standard. It looks like the 2010 Altima trades the current model’s one-piece air wall for separated fog-light portals but only minutely alters its light design from the 2009 model, opting not to go with the boomerang-shaped headlamp design seen on the new Nissan Z and Nissan Maxima. … Continue Reading
